De gele draad - Jumbo

ABOUT JUMBO

Jumbo is a family-owned company from Veghel in the Netherlands that has existed for over 100 years. The company originated from a wholesale business in colonial goods, founded in 1921 by Johan van Eerdt. He is the great-uncle of the founder of today’s Jumbo Supermarkets, Karel van Eerd.

Requirements:

Jumbo is looking to create an internal film that brings its five core pillars to life for employees; clear, engaging, and easy to connect with. These pillars aren’t just separate themes; they form the common thread - the “yellow line” - running through the entire story.

The film translates these values into a visual narrative that feels recognisable and relevant on the work floor, showing how they shape everyday decisions, collaboration, and the Jumbo way of working. By combining motion design, storytelling, and a strong conceptual approach, the message becomes not only clear, but something employees can genuinely feel and carry with them.
